In this session Anna, will give instruction on several easyto learn relaxation and meditation techniques. The focus of Introduction to Meditation will be for you to learn and practice several techniques which you may then use on your own. This will be a hands-on “mini gym” class for beginners level meditation. You will learn some short and quick methods which you can take with you to use in minutes anywhere/anytime. Others methods will take longer and help to reduce stress and fatigueand can function as a mini retreat(1 hour) in the midst of your busy life.
All will help to you to relax,unwind and re-center.
